ISO 22483

“The ISO 22483:2020 defines quality standards and offers recommendations for hotels across various aspects of their operations. These requirements apply to staff, service, events, entertainment activities, safety and security, maintenance, cleanliness, supply management, and guest satisfaction. Notably, these guidelines are relevant regardless of the hotel’s classification or category, and whether services are provided directly by internal staff or through subcontractors.” – ISO.org, Switzerland

The process is

Pre-Audit completed by us

Initial non compliance Issues raised and settled (Part 1)

Stage 1 by the Certification Body – checking documentation produced by the Pre-Audit

Final non compliance issued raised and settled (Part 2)

Stage 2 by the Certification Body – interviews and assessment

On compliance, the hotel is awarded the corresponding ISO certification

In short, you first get a Pre-Audit from us so that the documentation is in place, and if any non compliance issues arise, they can be sorted out prior to inspection by the Certifying Body. It saves the hotel time and money.
